Harmonic becomes an AXELOS Consulting Partner

We’re delighted to share the news that we have enhanced our portfolio, programme and project management (P3M3) offering by becoming an accredited AXELOS Consulting Partner (ACP).

Being part of the programme will allow us to access new globally-renowned best practice frameworks and methodologies to achieve even better outcomes for our clients. As well as gaining access to invaluable tools, models and insights, we will benefit from AXELOS’ global reach when it comes to widening our audience and further differentiating our brand.

As specialists in change management and complex delivery, we’re always looking for ways to evolve our offer, refine our expertise and move forward. Becoming an AXELOS Consulting Partner will give us a new way to constantly embed innovation and resilience into every positive change we make.

In particular, thanks to AXELOS’ P3M3 Maturity Model, we will be better able to diagnose and improve our clients’ offerings. This specialist project management model provides an independent, in-depth study of an organisation’s portfolio, programme and project capability, and will enable us to hone our service and deliver the results we want more efficiently.

Martin Bill, CTO at Harmonic, said: “Our decision to become an AXELOS Consulting Partner reflects Harmonic’s commitment to excellence. We look forward to sharing new insights and solutions with our clients and achieving ever greater outcomes.”

We look forward to seeing where this new venture takes us and to activating faster, increasingly intelligent transformation for the businesses we serve.
