Welcome to new HR Director, Linda Mason
Harmonic is delighted to have boosted its senior team with the appointment of Linda Mason as Director of Human Resources.
For the past 10 years, Linda has worked as Vice President of Human Resources for a global US business. In this role she provided the framework and direction for transforming the company’s HR function from transactional to strategic partnering, as well as developing talent acquisition solutions to support business growth.
A certified coach, she has mentored managing directors and senior business leaders.
“I’m delighted to welcome Linda to the Harmonic team,” says CEO Tom Samuel. “Having had two decades working in various HR departments both here and abroad, she brings a wealth of experience that will support us as we continue to build on our capability and bring solutions that transform business.
“Over the past 12 months, and despite Covid, we have significantly increased our in-house team of consultants. Linda will play a pivotal role in their development, as well as helping bring on new talent to achieve our aims and ambitions of providing an exceptional service to our customers.”
Linda Mason adds: “I’m very much looking forward to working with the Harmonic team and building the Human Resource function to support the business growth strategy.”
