New arrival boosts Harmonic’s business winning team

Harmonic has further expanded its business winning team to support its growing order book.

Ailsa Tuck joins us as a Senior Consultant and will support the team in driving forward Harmonic’s customers’ go-to-market strategies, deploying capture-centric operating models, and providing best practice capture and bid support.

An experienced, engaging bid manager, Ailsa has a proven track record of winning tenders across both the public and private sectors. She joins us from Experian, where she was a bid manager and helped to develop the organisation’s bid processes and strategy.

Pete Blunden, our Head of Business Winning, said: “Ailsa is a fantastic addition to our growing business winning team. She’s bold, assured and has proven skills that will help us to maximise our customers’ growth potential. Harmonic is the perfect environment for Ailsa to take her next career step; we have a very successful track record of developing business winning talent and many of our team have gone on to become heads of bid management, capture leads and bid directors through our Harmonic Academy programme.

“The Harmonic business winning team is committed to giving customers the very best go-to-market and capture support. Ailsa has the qualities and capabilities to help us achieve this and her outcome-focused approach is a natural fit.

“As a team, we’re on a strong growth path and have developed industry-leading capabilities over the past 12 months that are adding significant value to our customers. Taking on new talent like Ailsa is key to ensuring Harmonic’s business winning team – and our customers – continue to flourish. We’re delighted to welcome her on board.”
