Tom Samuel

Chief Executive

Tom founded Harmonic in 2003, after a successful career working in the defence systems business and has led its growth to the present day. Alongside Tom’s passion for working with Harmonic’s clients to make a real difference, he is strongly committed to building and developing the highly skilled and vibrant team across Harmonic. In his spare time, he likes to cycle up big hills.

Henry Gordon Clark

CFO

Henry joined Harmonic as CFO in 2016, with a background as a ‘Big 4’ firm chartered accountant. Whilst taking his responsibility for prudent balance sheet management seriously, Henry likes to challenge himself and the organisation to think and act laterally within the context of Harmonic’s core values: “Be Bold, One Team, Make An Impact”.

Cliff Green

COO

Cliff joined the Board of Harmonic in April 2018 and has had a varied and successful career spanning 25 years with VT Group, Babcock and Capita growing major businesses and start-ups across both the public and private sector. Cliff likes to work collaboratively with clients, partners and internal teams to achieve sustainable business change and growth.

Head of Project Delivery

Mark is an Executive Consultant who works with CEOs and senior leadership to support them in shaping their organisations and to get the best from their people.  Mark has deep experience spanning 20 years of large-scale transformations in Information Systems, Organisational Design and Regulatory initiatives working across a range of industries including Financial Services, Transport, Defence and Service sectors.

Edwin Swidenbank

Head of Solution Engineering

Edwin has worked as a leading engineer and thought leader across several industry sectors, most recently in support to Defence Transformation. In partnership with clients, Edwin focuses on benefits focused business strategy, business analysis, business architecture and change and is passionate about leading and driving the development and maturity of organisational capability.

Pete Blunden

Head of Business Winning

Pete is a Managing Consultant, he is a dedicated bid professional with over 15 years of bidding experience delivering high performing capabilities for clients across defence, rail, ICT and construction. Pete ensures solutions, strategy and content is focused on the end clients outcomes and is totally customer-focused.
