Tom Samuel
Chief Executive
Tom founded Harmonic in 2003, after a successful career working in the defence systems business and has led its growth to the present day. Alongside Tom’s passion for working with Harmonic’s clients to make a real difference, he is strongly committed to building and developing the highly skilled and vibrant team across Harmonic. In his spare time, he likes to cycle up big hills.
Henry Gordon Clark
CFO
Henry joined Harmonic as CFO in 2016, with a background as a ‘Big 4’ firm chartered accountant. Whilst taking his responsibility for prudent balance sheet management seriously, Henry likes to challenge himself and the organisation to think and act laterally within the context of Harmonic’s core values: “Be Bold, One Team, Make An Impact”.
Rufus McNeil
COO
Rufus joined Harmonic in 2020 and was appointed COO in October 2021. Previous roles included Head of Transformation for DHL Supply Chain, and Transformation Director for a Babcock-DHL joint venture to deliver a £6.5Bn MOD logistic commodities and services transformation bid. Before becoming a change leader, Rufus had a long career in the Army.
Martin Bill
Chief Technology Officer
Martin became Harmonic’s CTO in January 2022. He has extensive leadership experience of building, growing and delivering world-leading products, services and departments, with a proven capability to transform businesses. Previous roles have included Head of Advisory Government Solutions EMEA at KBR and Delivery Partner Lead on the NPCC Transforming Forensics Programme.
Linda Mason
Human Resources Director
Linda joined Harmonic in 2021 as our Human Resources Director. In her previous role as Vice President of Human Resources for a global US business, she provided the framework and direction for transforming the company’s HR function from transactional to strategic partnering, as well as developing talent acquisition solutions to support business growth.
