Two new consultants further expand Harmonic team

Harmonic has made two new appointments as it continues to grow its client base within the public and private sectors.

Boosting the team at Harmonic, which provides enterprise-wide business winning and project delivery services to some of the UK’s largest and most successful businesses, are Managing Consultant Jacquie Macdonald, and Senior Consultant James Hicks.

Jacquie, who joins the client engagement team, is a relationship-focused transformation leader, with extensive experience of leading change and programme management in the financial services sector.

James, who will work within the P3 team, has a track record of delivering business and technology change projects in the financial services sector, including financial crime, customer advocacy and transaction monitoring. His past experience includes business analyst roles for Royal Bank of Scotland and HSBC.

Cliff Green, Harmonic’s COO, said: “We are delighted to welcome both Jacquie and James to the Harmonic team, particularly as we continue to increase our client base and seek new opportunities in both the public and private sectors.

“Both are incredibly high calibre individuals who bring with them a huge amount of experience in different sectors.

“Jacquie has a diverse track record of delivering client value predominantly in financial services, and is currently working with central government on reporting the risks the country faces, namely health, the economy and the weather.

“James on the other hand is an experienced business analyst, whose early career working in the banking industry on the ‘shop floor’ has helped give him a unique insight into this profession, and one that will be of significant benefit to our clients. His experience in financial crime consulting will be a great addition to our service offering”
